Delicious Mexican Tacos, is the recipe that I will share with you today.
I will begin to share the delights of my Mexican cuisine. Authentic Mexican food is very delicious and most easy to prepare, like these delicious Mexican tacos.
These tacos are originally prepared with pork. but I prepare them with chicken and they taste delicious.
Feel free to use the marinade either for pork or mushrooms also in all these taste very rich.

TACOS AL PASTOR. (MEXICAN TACOS)
- 1/2 cup pineapple juice
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 2 tbsp apple vinegar
- 1 lime (green one) the juice
- 4 chiles guajillos
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 tbsp oregano
- 1 tbsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 of a medium onion
- 50 gr achiote powder (hispanic aile you can find it)
- 2 lbs chicken breast you could use pork as well
- EXTRAS FOR TACOS
cut your chicken into strips, fajita style. and put it in a ziploc bag.
in a pot add water and put it to heat, once its boiling, turn it off and add the previously cleaned chilies as shown in the video and let them sit in the water for 10 minutes
In a blender add the rest of the ingredients, including the chilies with out the water.
And blended pretty well.
Add it to the bag with the chicken, and let it marinade for at least 2 hrs, or overnight.
You could make a double batch and 1 you can put it in your freezer for later.
Once the time pass, the chicken is ready to cook, discard the marinade, (you will only get the chicken out with a fork or something do not pour the entire bag to the pan.
Cook well and dinner is ready
You could cut very finely the cilantro and the onion and mix it together, and you could add some to your tacos with salsa and lime.
