Mexican Atole is a hot beverage that we drink on winter days but specially in December with the tamales.
This Mexican Atole in particular is not made with corn masa as the majority of the atoles
SUBSTITUTES FOR PEANUTS
The only substitute that I can think of will be pecans. It is very tasty.
HOW LONG IT WILL LAST IN THE FRIDGE?
If it last more then a day after you make it, you can keep it in the fridge for about a week.
