Its an easy recipe with an amazing Mexican dressing that is simple to make and full of flavor.
TRICK FOR THE APPLES NO TO TURN DARK
I love vitamin C for this, simple just cut the apples put them in a plate or container cruch 1 or 2 vitamin C depends on how many apples are you going to use, and spred it on the apples mix it up a little and add it to your salad.
what makes this green salad with Mexican dressing so unique and delicious is the chicken bouillon and fresh lime juice that we use to make this dressing.

GREEN SALAD WITH MEXICAN DRESSING
- 1-2 apples slice them
- 1-2 cups of grapes. cut them in half
- caramelized pecans or walnuts or almonds whatever you prefer
- FOR THE DRESSING
- 5 limes the big ones with no seeds preferably
- 1/2 tsp chicken bouillon
- 1 tbsp white sugar
- 1/2 tsp white vinegar
