you use between 7-9 jalapenos peppers. sugar,salt vinegar and 1 minced garlic.

FOR HOW LONG CAN YOU HAVE THEM ON THE FRIDGE?

I would say between 3-4 weeks or even more, this jalapenos peppers are so good that they fly in my house.

NOTE

This jalapenos peppers are a little more spicy that the ones that you buy at the store, just because this are more natural.

Use gloves when you are cutting your jalapenos peppers, trust me on this one you don’t want to touch your face or noise or even you eye ouch.

Ingredients

  • 7-10 jalapenos peppers
  • gloves
  • 3/4 cup white vinegar
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 1 tbsp white sugar
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 1 garlic minced

Instructions

  1. In a small saucepan add the white vinegar, the water, minced garlic salt and sugar.

    cut your jalapeños into thin slices and put them in a jar with lid.

    once the water start boiling.let it boil for 3 minutes turn it off and add it to the jar with the peppers and put the lid on,

    make sure all the jalapenos peppers are covered in water. Let stand about 15minutes or when you see that the peppers have changed color to a dark green they are ready, you can put them in the fridge.3
