INGREDIENTS

1 cup of sugar
2 cups of peanuts
1 tbsp butter no margarine

parchment paper or oil

CAN WE USE RAW PEANUTS?

You can , but before using the peanuts in this recipe, you need to cook them in a preheat oven 350F for 20 minutes , let it cool a little and they are ready to be use in this recipe.

Ingredients

1 cup white sugar
2 cups roasted peanuts
1 tbsp butter NO margarine

Instructions

this is one of those recipes that you need to work very quick. so before you start have everything ready.
get ready either a piece of parchment paper or add some oil to your counter top and spread it out. you need to have this step ready before you start.
turn on your stove on a medium low temperature, and put your pan add your sugar and mix it with a wooden spoon frequently.
Once you see that the sugar is getting brown but a light brown is time to add the peanuts mix it very quick after a few seconds that you mix the peanuts add the butter, mix it up once the butter is all melted and mix it with the peanuts get it out of the pan and immediately put it either on your counter top with the oil or on top a parchment paper,
using the wooden spoon flat the mix of peanuts making sure that we don't have holes between the mixture all the peanuts need to be touching each other, forming a square or rectangle.
let it cool for 10 minutes and cut it with a knife, it will not be totally dried but if you don't cut it now you won't be able to cut cute squares.
once you cut it let it dry for 15-20 minutes more.
