We are translating all the Popsicle’s recipes that we have, is not a Mexican recipe but because you may be interested on those recipes , we are working very hard to have them in English for you.
This recipe for pecan Popsicle is very creamy and delicious.
Blend half of the pecans with the other ingredients and the rest of the walnuts/pecan that you chopped, add them once you have filled the Popsicle molds put them on the top and froze them.
CAN I USE WALNUTS INSTEAD OF PECAN?
Of course you can, it will taste as good as if you were using pecans. same amount.
Summer is already here, and we are always looking for recipes that we can make to refresh ourselves, since the temperatures here in Texas are very high.
what I like about this recipe is the simplicity.
- 1 1/2 Cups Finely chopped pecans
- 3 Cups Milk whole preference
- 1 Can Condensed milk
- 2 Tsp Vanilla
For the realization of these walnut Popsicle,you are going to add half of the nuts with the rest of the ingredients to the blender and blend very well.Add the mixture in the Popsicle molds and add a little of the walnut that we reserve in each Popsicle and mix a little so that it goes all over the Popsicle then add a little more walnut to the top and leave it there.Cover them with a piece of aluminum and insert the Popsicle stick into the freezer 6 to 8 hours in the freezer to mold them, pass the mold of the Popsicle's through some water and carefully remove the Popsicle's.
