This Alfredo sauce made with cauliflower is very delicious and so simple to make. and the best part? is that is made with cauliflower,

in a frying pan with a lid that is wavy. We add the butter until it melts, immediately I put my sliced onion and cook for 2 minutes until my onion looks translucent.

immediately I add the ground or finely divided garlic, and cook for 1 more minute.

immediately we add 1 cup of water and the cauliflower previously washed and cut into small trees.

Cover the pot and let the cauliflower cook for 10 to 12 minutes.
