This Alfredo sauce made with cauliflower is very delicious and so simple to make. and the best part? is that is made with cauliflower,
in a frying pan with a lid that is wavy. We add the butter until it melts, immediately I put my sliced onion and cook for 2 minutes until my onion looks translucent. immediately I add the ground or finely divided garlic, and cook for 1 more minute. immediately we add 1 cup of water and the cauliflower previously washed and cut into small trees. Cover the pot and let the cauliflower cook for 10 to 12 minutes. We move constantly so that the cauliflower from below goes up and the one from above goes down and the onion and garlic move. (do it about 4 times during that period of time.) Since our cauliflower is tender, we are going to blend everything in the pan and add the milk and cream cheese and blend perfectly for 4 to 5 minutes. We check the flavor, add more salt or pepper if you think it needs it. In the pan that we were using, you add 1 tablespoon of olive oil or butter, and we add what we blended and let it boil for only 2 minutes. and add the previously cooked pasta and the vegetables of your choice. we move and this alfredo pasta delight will be ready. If you think it's thick, just add more milk and that's it.
