this easy frugal healthy broccoli hamburgers its a recipe to die for, is very quick meal to make on a low budget.
this easy frugal healthy broccoli hamburgers is my go to meal every time I need a cheap quick meal but healthy.
INGREDIENTS FOR BROCCOLI HAMBURGERS;
- garlic powder
- salt and pepper
and totally optional is ham and cheese.
CAN I FREEZE THIS HAMBURGERS?
totally you can, just once they are cooked, let them cool completely then you add them to a cookie sheet with parchment paper put them in the freezer for a couple of hours then you can move them to a ziploc freezer bag.
FOR HOW LONG CAN I HAVE THEM IN MY FREEZER?
up to 2 months
and you don’t have to defrost them first, just add them to your pan directly from your freezer.
CAN I SUBSTITUTE THE FLOUR?
you can use whole wheat (my original recipe I use whole wheat flour but for the purpose of the video I used white flour)
but beside that, I don’t know if other flour works. I haven’t try them.
you need the flour to help you to stick all the ingredients together so at the moment of cooking your hamburgers and flipping them over they don’t brake.
CAN I SUBSTITUTE THE EGG?
honestly I haven’t try it.you need only 1 egg ** do not add more, or you will make the mix very runny and it wont work. (trust me I tried)well it will work BUT after you add like around 1 cup of flour.
