- onion
- soy sauce
- chile de arbol
- garlic
- cheese (optional)

FLOUR GORDITAS STUFFED WITH MUSHROOMS
Ingredients
- 1 box 16oz mushrooms I have never used can ones, but im pretty sure you can.
- 1 medium onion sliced
- 1 cloves or glarlic
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 2-3 tbsp butter
- cheese optional
- 2 chile de arbol pepper optional. you can use less if you would like
Instructions

cut your mushrooms, I like my very small pieces, but is totally up to you.
in a pan add the butter, once is melted, add the slice onion and cook it for 2 minutes or until is translucent.
then add the minced garlic and cook for 1 more minute.
finally add the mushrooms with the soy sauce and cook until the mushrooms shrink.
the final touch add the chile de arbol crush, this is totally optional,
TO MAKE THE GORDITAS
follow the recipes for the flour tortillas,until the point that the dough balls are going to big a little more bigger than the tortillas.
and we are going to make circles too, but this ones are going to be thicker than the flour tortillas.
and small ones too.
you cook them and after a minute or so flip them to the other side.
then take them out of the pan.
then while the gordtias are hot/warm. is important that you make the pocket.
wsith a good small knife.
once you are done making the gorditas, you will add some cheese (if you decided to add some) and some of the mushrooms and return them to the pan so the cheese can melt. and thats it.
