TOMATILLO, OIL AND JALAPEÑO PEPPER

Ingredients

  • 10 tomatillos with out the husk
  • 2 jalapeños pepper you could add more if you want it spicy
  • 3/4-1 tsp salt add more or less depend on your taste

Instructions

  1. In a pan add the oil and the rest of your ingredients to cook,

    leave there for like 10 minutes in a low heat.

    Mix once in a while so you can make sure that all the tomatillos are getting roasted.

    Cover the pan.

    Once all the tomatillos got like a dark green and the jalapeños too they are ready to be blended.

    Add all to a blender including the liquid in the pan and salt.

    Blend well.

    Enjoy.
