MEXICAN SALSAS

TOMATILLO AND CHILE DE ARBOL SALSA

Ingredients

  • 7 tomatillos remove the husk
  • 3 chile de arbol you can use more if you want it to be more spicy
  • 3/4-1 tsp salt
  • 1/3 cup of water

Instructions

  1. In a pan you are going to roast the chile de arbol with out water.

    Once they have a darker color or almost black add the tomatillos and the water.

    Don't toast them to much or the flavor will change it will become bitter.

    and cook them until the tomatillos have a darker green.

    Add all the ingredients in the blender together with the salt and blend well.

    Enjoy.
